* 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing community based programs.
- Currently interning and working in a successful private practice: Center for Counseling & Development.
- Florida Ocean Sciences Institute (FOSI): Director of Treatment: Implemented Counseling Program,
WOWW Program, and Counseling Internship Program. Conducted staff training’s on program
improvement. 2002-2006.
- PASS, Inc./Autauga County Teen Court Program: Assistant Director: Implemented ID Card Program in
Schools, implemented truancy program in collaboration with Autauga County School System, conducted
public relations and media campaigns. Designed the initial web-page for PASS, Inc. 1999-2002.
